The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde’s Native plant materials program is a native plant nursery that is managed by staff at the Tribe’s Natural resources department.  The program goals are to provide healthy plants and plant material from nursery plants that are native to the Willamette valley and Coast range mountains.   These plants are intended to support tribal projects, a few examples as follows:

Provide plants for restoration and conservation work on Tribal properties.

Provide plants and plant materials for cultural use.

Utilize the nursery space and plants for education and outreach.

Increase access to culturally significant plants and plant materials.

Work with partners by making native plants available for restoration and conservations sites that are not under Tribal management.
